Question HELP & THANKS

So first I wanna thank all that helped me with my build. I greatly appreciate it.

But... I am in another problem. I have all parts connected, all parts work, but my pc won’t display anything. On top of that my graphics card is really loud. I don’t know what the problem is but I’ve been reading it could be my power supply(500w)!? I bought a cheap one for 10 dollars idk if that’s the problem or not.

Case: FBM-01
Cpu: I5 3470s
GPU: Gtx 760
Motherboard: ASUS P8H61
Power Supply: RaidMax 500w

While that "RAIDMAX 500w"might not be the specific problem as to why it does not display anything right now...it is certainly a problem.
