For intel, the best you can get are the G41 mobos...
But they are not the best available onboard video chipsets though...

i had a G31 and it was pretty good, drivers were easy to find, fast and stable, and didnt get any blue screens what so ever.

as for the Tg31, i have no idea about that mother board, so i'll recommend the G31.

Biostars are of decent quality...But Gigabyte boards are better...So get this board - GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L...
And the G31 chipset is more than enough for day-to-day tasks but dont expect smooth 1080p resolution video with it...
And games - maybe >2 year old games would play on that chipset...

Any of the graphic cards are compatible with the LCDs...but it matters the most what you want to do...
Like I said the G31 chipsets run fine for normal tasks but for gaming and 1080p playback, they are not much suited...

A G31 struggles with older games. For example, Guild Wars is barely playable at 1440x900 (e.g. 21FPS).
If you won't be playing any games or watching 1080p, it doesn't matter. If you will do either of these, the HD3300 on the 790GX is the strongest IGP right now. An AMD 550BE or 720BE will provide decent performance.
If you believe you need integrated graphics because of a weak PSU that you are unable or unwilling to replace, even a 4650 will blow past any of the IGPs, and needs no aux power.
