Not sure exactly how it got into the heatsink... i assume you mean the fins. In which case just wipe off all you can using tissues and/or cotton swabs and keep trucking.

I used a pin to get out from between them and it seems fine now it's up and running, I realized that I had to update my BIOS so I put my old CPU back in. Thanks for taking time out of your day to answer!
