So I'm building my first PC, and my budget is around $1000. This is what I came up with on my own...

CPU - Intel i5-7600K 3.8GHz
CPU Cooler - CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM
Motherboard - MSI B250 PC Mate ATX LGA1151
Memory - Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB(2x4GB) DDR4-2400
Storage - Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Fully Modular Gold Certified
Case - NZXT S340 ATX Mid Tower
Total Price on PCPartPicker - $1027.95

From what I've seen all the parts are compatible, but I'd like some help on if this would be a good PC, and if I could get any parts cheaper. Thanks in advance.

Well I've done my research and it would be a good build. I think that you could change the cooler to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO to lower the price (I'm not sure about overclocking performance though). Be sure to also buy some thermal paste as well. Add an SSD for Windows if you can (At least 128 GB in case Windows freaks out). (PS: I haven't built a PC yet but I did do quite a lot of research.)
