Help to assemble my computer ?

I am trying to buy a new PC. I want to buy PC with AMD Phenom II X4 975, Black Edition processor and GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card and I want minimum of 6gb RAM. Which Motherboard should i buy ?? Which will be cheapest mother board that can support these specification ??

Also suggest that you go with an 8GB(2x4GB) dual channel kit. they are relatively cheap right now.
