Hi, I want to buy a new pc but I have no knowledge about it and I would like one that is ideal. I have a budget of approximately 1,300. I have found this one but I don't know if it is good quality / price, what worries me the most is the ventilation I do not care if it makes noise but that it is well ventilated

The case doesn't look to have good ventilation .. you want a case with a mesh front panel. The power supply isn't one you'd find recommended on here and the cpu cooler won't handle that cpu once it hits turbo boost mode.

You can download the free version of Windows 10 on the MS site and try something like this.

That PC is fine except for the PSU. Those Gigabyte power supplies have been know to explode during testing.
