Hi i need help to choice a mother. I'm have 2 options: msi a320m pro vh plus or asrock a320m hdv. I have a ryzen 2700x no oc.thx

You need a b450 motherboard or you'll likely need to update your bios to use either of those motherboards

Basically any motherboard that has b450 in it's name will work in your case

If i update the BIOS of the mothers of the question i don't have any problem with my ryzen?

You need a 1*** series ryzen processor to update the BIOS on those motherboards. Which I'm guessing you don't have laying around. Additionally I doubt the power delivery system on most a320 boards is capable of supplying enough power to a 2700x to let it boost fully using PBO
