[SOLVED] Help to determine the condition of my Motherboard

This is my first time on building my own PC
And when I set up all of the parts and start to power, theres no sign at all. The fan not working, rgb light not turn on. There's literally no sign of power on

So I decide to unplugged all of the components. My PSU is good, it is working with the tester. But when I connect my PSU to the motherboard, PSU fan not working and theres no sign of power on

After I analyze and see my motherboard, I remember that my stupidity, I screw the MB to the case without standoff. My case have a default standoff attached on some holes but not all the holes have it. And then I look at the metal around the screw hole on MB and it turns brown. Is this can be concluded that my MB already fried and failed? I not yet try to plugged all the components on the MB outside the case as Im afraid I will make more mistakes

Msi B450 gaming plus max
Ram team t foce dark z 2x8 3200mhz
Zotac rtx 2060
Seasonic focus gold 550w

Be sure the default standoffs didn´t short the board

Take out the motherboard and run it on a non conducting surface (don´t use the packaging or card box of the motherboard, this can be coated and made of conducting material)

take some pictures of the system and the brown place, upload to imgur.com and post the links

I really scared if my mobo damages

This is the pictures of brown places. Its only on the screw holes 2 out of 9. This pictures shows these 2 from front and back

that´s just copper, all fine there
usually these screw holes are coated with solder, but it´s not necessary and is not a problem

Ok, I think the problem is on the power socket. I put the wrong socket into the motherboard, so it turned out to be the cause of why my power wont turn on

the ATX12V / EPS 8pin power plug and the 24pin ATX main power plug have to be plugged in completely
