Help to find a motherboard for my first build.

I'm new to all this and this is my first build but i just cant seem to choose a motherboard. I have all the other parts but i cant seem to pick a motherboard. I dont know which chipset to pick or how many slots are needed. Any suggestions for a 80- 110 priced motherboard would be appreciated.

I personally don't like Msi products but yes its a compatible product and will work well.
