Msi z170a Pro Gaming
i5 6600k
Corsair 2x8gb 3200mhz
Water Cooling Master Nepton 120
RX 480 (if the benchmarks are good)

Maybe a 6600 will be better and I cant take off the watercooling.

Well, you don't have to use water cooling. A CM Hyper 212 or Cryorig H7 may be all that you need. Is it for gaming? What is your budget? In what country and currency will you be buying? Maybe you can afford a GTX 1070 if you get an i5.

Argentina and Pesos, im going with the 480 for the price, with the build i listed above its nearly 15000 pesos, 1000-1100 usd.

i cant say a budget, but i dont want to speed more than 20-22

A nice pairing with the RX 480 would be the i5 6500. It comes with a stock cooler. Is there a store where we can shop for motherboards?
