Help to fix an ethernet card

Another computer i have will nor connect to the internet and as a result i cannot install a new driver for the ethernet card. I ssume without the ethernet card operating i cannot connect to the internet and therefore cannot updates or install the ethernet driver? how do i fix this?

Use the computer you are posting in this forum with, locate and download the drivers to a USB flash drive, then install them on the other computer.
