Help to get smooth gameplay

Hi.
I have just installed a new ssd, its working fine. but when i am playing any game the graphics and audio studder. I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti, with the drivers installed, I have directx 11.
I do not know how to get it to run smooth. It worked fine on the old hdd.

1.) Check to make sure all your drivers are updated (motherboard especially)

Outside that, I'm not sure.

I have aligned and optimized the SSD and downloaded the drivers for everything. I still have the same problem.
