Help to increase the font size on lexmark 2500x printer

My Lexmark 2500x printer prints too small and I don't know how to change it, or should I
be changing what I'm printing such as Word or an email etc. When I print these they are ok.
When I print my bank statement or investment portfolio the print is almost too small to read.
How can I fix this?

Are you downloading the documents from financial site, and what is the file format ? Check your owner/user manual, or download one to view.
