Help transferring data from mac cd to pc cd

I have a catalogue of vitamin supplements contained on a cd in mac format. I want to transfer the data to a cd in pc format so that I can download the catalogue to my dell pc. Can anyone help with this? Is this possible?

what the type of data in catalogue cd..is an application with autoplay or html docs or Pdf files...
