Help trying to decide between two 1060s

I am finishing up my build, and trying to decide between these two GPUs.

EVGA 1060 6G SSC $277 AR, or MSI 1060 ARMOR 6G OCV1 $260 AR

It seems that MSI one can completely turn off the fans when idle, while EVGA one can not.

So the question is that does better customer service and a little bit more MHz worth that $17? Or is there anything else that I should take into account?

I would go with the EVGA one. The ssc will let you squeeze some extra performance out of the card. Fans turning off really doesn’t matter and I don’t really like it because if ylthey are on, it can cool while it’s not being used. Would recommend the EVGA one
