Help, trying to improve graphic card settings

new laptop with i.7 3630/ AMD HD 7970m, 12 gb trying to play but have really poor frame rate trying to play my first game downloaded which was Far Cry 3 (I think due to the game is linked to the intel HDgraphics adapter).

I was recommended to use Catalyst Control Center, but I tried to access but I cant it says "Catalyse Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using catalyst Control Center.

I don't know that im doing. could anybody follow this up please

Reboot the computer and enter the boot menu, there you should be able to turn the dedicated card on and the integrated gpu off.
