Question Help understanding MSI BIOS OC settings ? 10700K Z490

Hello everyone I'm new to this forum. I'm looking to get some understanding on what the Oc settings are and what should be enabled or disabled and what should be optimized settings for best performance should be for an MSI Godlike BIOS. I'm aiming for 5.GHz stable. It's for gaming mostly.

System Spec.
Z490 Godlike 1.20 BIOS 7C70 07/20/2020
10700K Comet Lake-S Core I7 8/16
GSKILL Trident Z RGB 3600 CAS17 XMP1
CoolerMaster Masterliquid 360mm ARGB V2 AIO
Asus ROG Thor 850W Platinum PSU
CoolerMaster H500M with 2 x 200mm Bitfenix RGB 915rpm fans and 1 Cooler master 120mm Rear Exhaust.

For starters;

you have BIOS updates pending. I'd advise flashing to the latest version which at the time of writing is 7C70v1E. Once you've successfully flashed the BIOS, reboot and then go back into BIOS to enable X.M.P for your ram kit.
