Help understanding what settings to use for my Crossfired R9 270s

So I play mostly World of Warcraft and I just built a new gaming pc.

I'm honestly not familiar with most of these graphics card settings. I'm not sure what half of them even do. I'll spend a bit of time today reading about them but sometimes it helps to get direct input from more experienced members.

I know about enough to click enable crossfire. Other than that I've no clue about any of the other features.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also what do I do with easy tune 6? It installed with my graphics card firmware.

Your graphics cards are massive overkill for WoW. It's an extremely CPU bound game. While your 8 core FX is an extremely powerful CPU, it is not suited to that game as MMORPGs favor strong single core performance. You would get better performance from a Haswell Pentium paired with a single GTX 750 for that game. I bet your GPU % utilization is extremely low (verify this with the MSI Afterburner OSD). Your CPU is bottlenecking even without most of its cores even being utilized due to the outdated game engine. It is what it is.

Changing hardware is unlikely at this point. What can I do other than that?

You could clock the snot out of your CPU and it will help. If you become thermally limited with the H60, then just raise the Turbo Core frequency so that it stays within heat threshold while a few cores are working fast.
