HELP! Unlocking Athlon II X3 460 processor

Hello!
I want to ask if I buy this processor (Athlon II X3 460), and I'm lucky that it got the working "hidden" 4th core, can I unlock the hidden core? Here's a video of my type of bios:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFdzg7RnXx0&feature=youtu.be

Because if my motherboard wont be able to do it, I will buy the AMD Athlon II X2 280, only two cores, but it is newer and faster. I have checked that these CPUs can be replaced and that I have enough power for upgrade.

The fourth core was locked because it would not meet specifications and pass the manufacturing tests. I would be reluctant to unlock it. The consequences could be problematic.

There are some of AMD processors that can unlock cores almost 100%, like Phenom II x2 555BE for instance. All 4 cores after unlocking and can OC too.

That's true, but the X3s are a lot more problematic.

In my neck of woods, you can pick a 555 for peanuts and still have a good processor when unlocked.
