Looks like you have a pretty capable GPU. I’d say it’s time to upgrade your CPU MOBO and RAM.

A bit over 300€ but so worth it, you get the last gen high end Ryzen with 8 cores and a better motherboard to go with.

also in my countery i cant find rip jaws 16 GB DDR4 3600 memory is have DDR4 3200 and 2800 should i get it ?

If you plan to do a lot of heavy encoding, 2700x. Gaming is faster on 3600

Get the fastest speed you can, most memory is fine as long as it is name brand
