Help upgrading Acer Apsire M3802

Hi I have an Acer Apsire M3802 that I am looking to add a graphics card to. Does anyone know what card would be compatible with the following components. Also I would like to install an SSD if possible so I would be grateful if anyone knows if I can and if there is a certain one that they recommend. Thanks.

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q8300
6GB DDR2 RAM
250 Watt PSU
G43T-AM V 2.0 Motherboard

You can only upgrade your PC with "low" graphic cards, otherwise you would have something called "bottleneck", that means serious problems in performance and not using the max potential of the GPU, for example with the 970/1060/etc.

For the SSD, you can choose the Kingston UV500 120 GB 2.5"
