[SOLVED] Help upgrading laptop.

I have a 81cw 14in lenova ideapad which has touchscreen.
I would like to upgrade a few things on and could use some help.

1. Upgraded memory.
2.upgraded ram

3. Running 4415u chip on motherboard.
was going to change to i5 7200U Chip with motherboard. Just confirming
4.Want to upgrade 720p touchscreen to a a 1080p but I don’t see many options. Not sure if this will work.

Memory and RAM are the same thing. I assume you mean to upgrade RAM and storage (like a SSD or HDD).

If you want to perform this degree of change (especially the display), have you considered selling what you have now and purchasing a new laptop with the options you want?

Yes, but the laptop was free.
Have about 80 in it for the ssd and memory.
Figured I could get a screen for around 80 but not sure what all is compatible.
See a few that look to match but don’t specifically say they do. Can do without the motherboard exchange.

Beyond RAM and drives, upgrading a laptop is a losing proposition. Even if it was free.
A "better screen" also needs to be supported by the rest of the hardware and included software.

Was hoping somebody would know the details of the requirements. I was unsure what they were or exacts. I see some 14 in 30 pin screens but that have the den mounting hardware lineup but nothing verifying compatibility.
