[SOLVED] Help Upgrading old PC to Windows 10

Hi, I’m not an expert on technical stuff. But I just get an Alienware Aurora R1 with intel i7-930, 12GB ddr3 memory, and a Zotac GTX 970 on it. When I start the PC, it runs on windows 7 Ultimate. I’m considering to upgrade it to windows 10, but I read some articles that says the older pc cannot runs windows 10. I want to ask with my spec can I Install windows 10? If not, What is the best OS for me to install? I’m gonna use this pc as a mid-low gaming pc. Thanks

triple channel ram, thats pretty rare. I wonder how much 3 x 8gb would cost, since thats max CPU can take.. just thinking out loud

probably don't need 24gb really, I don't need 32gb. And yet I have it.
