Im upgrading my old pc the current specs are,
Core 2 duoE7600 3.06ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
232gb hard drive
250w power supply
Pegatron 2A84H micro atx motherboard.
I want to transfer the motherboard into a new case and put in a core 2 quad q6600, nvidia gts 250 graphics card, (pretty old i know but im cool with it.) And i wanted to know what powersupply is good enough to run it all i will be upgrading the ram at a later time to 8gb. Also is it safe to transfer the motherboard to a new case and what are the risks of doing so?

Solution
Transferring is easy enough and relatively painless as long as you mount the standoffs in the correct holes.

The GT's 250 requires a 450w psu, so any tier3 or better upto @650w would be fine, even an Evga b2 750w is a good deal.
