I'm planning on upgrading the graphics and power supply in my Acer ATC-120-UR12. All the specs are available in this link, as well as images of the inside and outside of the case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883101082

I'm looking for a good boost in games from the last 5 years or so at 720p (don't own a 1080p monitor at the moment), and also video editing at a max of 1080p 60fps, and I've somewhat settled on the ZOTAC GTX 960 2GB model for the GPU (though I'm open to suggestions if you think this may cause a bottleneck with the A10 7800) but I've never swapped out a power supply and could use some advice on wattage and form factor.

The main question: And are there any form factors that are going to be incompatible that I should look out for, or will any standard ATX power supply with the proper dimensions be able to mount properly in my system? Are the screw-mountings in standard positions, or is there more than one standard format for mountings, etc.? Second, is 500 watts sufficient or should I go higher and err on the side of caution? And third, do you have any suggestions for budget-priced power supplies that will work with this setup that are of decent quality?

Solution
The GTX 960 isnt a good choice for money now. At 720p a GTX 950 shoul be good and should run well alright with the processor.

Thanks for the help. The SeaSonic looks like a good fit. I'll look into the 950, though I may just go ahead with the 960 to squeeze in a little more power for video editing. I'm sure I'll get a 1080p monitor down the road, and I've read that the 960 is probably as high as you can go with the A10 7800 without bottlenecking, so I might as well max the machine out while I'm at it.
