Help w/ GeForce 4

hey guys i bought a Gainward Ti 4600 but when it came to me the hsf was just not connected to the card...when i opened the static sleve a little black peg [i guess to hold the hsf] and a small spring looking thing fell out and the hsf was hanging like a thread..argh! and this came from newegg..any ideas how to repair this or should i just call them and ask for a replacement...i just dont want to deal with the damn restocking fee =/

Newegg is the best i've dealt with. You shouldn't worry about restocking fees on a defective item. Personally I would exchange it with another one. If the hsf is loose something else might be screwed up.
