Help Wattage Problem

Ok So I want to upgrade my pc, but I don't know if I will go over my psu max limit I have a 500w psu
and im not sure how much I acutely sure how much i acutely use so here's me specs cooler master 500w psu not continued, two old 500gb Seagate hard drives not quite sure which, asus z170-k motherboard, a cd dvd r/w player thingy, 4 gbs of ram 2 2 sticks, i5 6500 cpu with cpu with stock cpu fan, 2 ancient case fanes corsair, and i run a 1 tb portable hard drive a thumbstick a headset and keyboard and mouse. and on the psu calculators the don't include motherboards in the caclulators so i don't know exactly how to much i use can i towards a graphics card. if your reading this thank you.

You probably have around 250-300 watts available with that build. A 500 watt PSU is plenty these days unless you run multiple GPUs.

That would depend on the model number of the power supply a bunch of CM power supplies are just very bad over rated and can put out nothing near what the claim to be.
