Question Weird issue with my RX 580, can no longer boot successfully ?

Bought out of disparity a RX580 8GB but it's acting up weird (sold with the hint it would sometimes not work perfectly well...)

Was able to get into windows a few time but then would reboot when my apps finished loading... now I can't even get into windows... worth a shot to install windows again?

It sounds like it might be hardware related to me...so I wouldn't be real optimistic.

Especially since (sold with the hint it would sometimes not work perfectly well...)

Quick update... was able to safe boot and then it is showing up in device manager... sadly reflashing the bios did not yet help... still looking for a bios with a "build in" undervolt... would really like to see it just be able to boot with it kind of stable -__-
