When using arcticlean thermal paste removal solution, some of it made its way onto the underside of the CPU (CPU was not installed in the motherboard at the time). I placed the CPU at an angle so that the arcticlean thermal paste removal solution would run of the underside of the CPU, but there is still some remaining liquid. I am open to any suggestions and am keen to get my pc up and running again!

Here's what I'm dealing with: Soaked 3700x

I'm not sure how fast that stuff dries....or even if it dries....but I would try to leave it out 24 hours and have a look at it.

If it still looked like there was some there I would use a can of compressed air and blast it off. Just make sure you don't get too close with the air and bend the pins.
Maybe using a hairdryer in the lowest setting might help?
