Hello! I have been trying to build a gaming pc for a little while now (my first build) and I am looking for some advice. There are so many mobos from so many companies that seem very similar and I am having trouble making a final decision. Here is a checklist of sorts for what I want:

Budget- ~150 (Not considering anything above $170)

Features I want-
> Minimum 6 usb ports on rear (hopefully 4+ are 3.0 or 3.1). Also would like 4 usb headers for front of case
> Min. 3 case fan headers
> Compatible with water cooling
> Room for graphics expansion (2+ pci x16 slots and at least 1 pci x1)
> Red & Black colors if possible (not needed)
> Intel Socket 1150
> Good software for easy overclocking and checking board stats
> 4 RAM slots with min compatibility of 32 gigs
> Fast connections to drives

Current Build-
> i5-4690k
> CM Nepton 120xl
> G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB
> Samsung 250gb 2.5" SSD
> WD 1tb 3.5" HDD
> MSI GTX 970 4gb
> CM Storm Enforcer
> Seasonic 620W Power Supply
> Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer
> Windows 7 HP 64bit
> Gigabyte PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter (Could come with mobo?)
> CM Megaflow
> And finally a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and some speakers

I have been doing tons of research all over the place for the best mobo and can't seem to make up my mind. Here is what I have been looking at:
> GA-z97x Gaming 5
> Msi z97 gaming 5
> Asrock fatal1ty z97 killer
> For some reason, none of Asus' stuff has seemed to pop out to me. Don't exclude them because of that though

Overall, I really need some help at narrowing down the fine details of this. Thanks so much in advance!
