HeLp WHAT UPGRADE SHOULD I GET FOR CHRISTMAS?

Doonksi!!! Everybody I am building my first pc.
I use it for gaming and video editing.
I am wondering what I should get for Christmas as an upgrade.
I really wanna play GTA V @ 40 - 60 fps on ultra settings.
I may get $100 to $200 from her (Damn I need a job) so if you guys could keep it in that range that'll be great.
Here I some info about the things I may like:
Gaming, gta v, overclocking(I never oc'ed before), glowing stuff and custom stuff that you don't usually see on/in computers in bestbuy.
My mind is lazy so I don't know so I need you guys to help me decide. More than one answer is great!

That motherboard and CPU are incompatible, have you already purchased this stuff?

I would get a better motherboard. This board has 6 x sata 3Gb ports. no usb 3.0. 2 dim slots. Also I wouldn't want to overclock on that board
