Help! which PSU?

I`m thinking of buying either corsair CMPSU 650TX or Cooler Master eXtreme power plus 700w. Inned to know by the 21st so it can arrive by the 24th. Which would be more quiet and better for my new rig?

Specs:
i7 3770k
Corsair Vengeance 16gb
Gigabyte Z77x UD3H
Seagate Barracuda 1tb
Asus dvd Burner
Coolermaster hyper 212 plus
NZXT Phantom

The Corsair is a quality PSU! The CM extreme power (budget PSU) is low quality and far from being recommended.

Between the two, go with the Corsair.

The CM extreme power plus PSU do poorly in tests.

def the corsair is better but for the price id recommand this instead:

rosewill capstone 750watt ps, quite solid and good reviews by the looks of it, 109$

and just as good as the corsair , enjoy

Sorry for answering so late i will be needing the HT from the i7 for photo editing and it wouldnt hurt for gaming
