Why you need to do that?
Probably your only solution is to find a bad hard drive and lift the PCB...

Samsung sold their HDD business to Seagate many years ago so getting firmware from the source is unlikely.
I'm not even sure any update existed, I didn't see any in my quick search.
Why do you believe you need an update to your drives firmware?

not update , reflash firmware, have Smart error.

Why would you do that? SMART will just run into the same issues again and possibly lead to loss of data.
Link us to a screen shot of your SMART that you uploaded to a hosting sight please. Let's see what errors you might be concerned with.

If SMART has failed, then you don't fix it. You replace the drive.

Can you show screenshot from Hdtune health for your failed drive?
(connected dirrectly, not with USB adapter)

Replace the drive. There's nothing, you can do.
