I've been playing Anthem on high (not even Ultra) setting and I can't seem to get more than 60 FPS. I feel as though I should be able to get more FPS but maybe I'm just stupid. Can someone help me figure out the reason I'm unable to maximize my computer's performance? I have display set to 240hz and everything.

Here is my UserBenchMark test results: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/15938174

Thanks in advance!

I don't know how to say this but even as of 2019, you will never find a laptop that can beat desktop specs. The whole point of laptop is to try to be as best as it can while sipping voltage to a mere minimum. Since it does that then your clock speeds simply cannot match what desktop end users get, especially when they overclock them to greater levels.

But if anything if you drop down your 240hertz to 144, 120 or 100 you might see a bump in increased Frames Per Second. Perhaps downgrading your resolution will improve frame rates as well. And by that I mean from 1440p to 1080p. Good luck!

Thanks! I have been told this many times but I was hoping there was another answer... Spent a lot of money on this heavy beast and now comes time to regret it. I suppose I'll have to invest in a PC.
