Hello,
So yesterday I was playing CSGO and the PC just crashed with "ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" kind of sound in my headphones for a second or couple of seconds.
After this PC just went into boot loop. It wouldn't go pass the MSI loading screen. Alternatively it will try "Automatic recovery" however that would also crash and go to boot again.
Following are the things I have tried already:
I have custom loop for CPU cooling which is running okay as I can see few small bubbles running around in CPU block when I start/operate. So cooling should not be the issue. I have around 46 deg C cpu idle temp as reported in bios.
This build I had done by myself in September 2021 and has been running very smoothly without a single issue till yesterday.
Small video of the random boot loop:

Following are the things I have tried already:
- Tried going in to troubleshooting mode by force power down multiple times in a row but PC wont go into troubleshooting menu. (I think the system is very fast to boot due to Gen4 SSD. and could not register the force power offs)
- So I created a windows 10 installation media on a pen drive using Microsoft's media creation tool. Then went into recovery mode.
- Here I tried Doing system restore (tried 2 points 1 made 2 days ago and one made 10 days ago). But as soon as it starts system restore, anywhere between 2-10 seconds system just restarts and goes in to boot loop again.
- Then I went to reinstall windows 10 on same partition after formatting the same. again as soon as the installation starts, in few seconds system restarts and goes in to same boot loop.
- After this I removed my primary nvme on which current windows was and tried installing windows on secondary nvme & also on my HDD. Same thing happens over and over again.
- I have tried using diskpart for cleaning & formatting all storage drives I currently have in system but same issue again.
- Then I flashed latest bios for motherboard and tried installing windows again but still getting boot loop.
- Then I tried removing 2 RAM sticks and tried using onle 1 of them on single slop opposite to CPU socket. Still getting boot loop.
