[SOLVED] Help -- Windows 10 on Asus p6x58d-e ?

My motherboard asus p6x58d-e is running Windows 7 and I want to upgrade to Windows 10 but it says my motherboard dosent support it. Ive never updated bios.
Ive seen Alot of videos on YouTube with people running Windows 10 on my motherboard. Please someone help.
Ive got a brain injury so please explain in simple terms.

There is no need to update your BIOS, that will not add support for Windows 10 to your motherboard. Updating all your motherboard drivers may help.

As such, while it is possible to install and run Windows 10 consumer editions (such as Home and Pro), you may experience hiccups and compatibility issues. (Especially since the X5650 is based on an old architecture Westmere-EP)"
