HELP!!! Windows 10 reboot loop

I just built a brand new computer, installed Windows 10, played on it a bit , and it interrupted me with an error message. I can't remember what it said, but then it just powered down. I pressed the lower button, and it just loops on and off, without even displaying anything on the monitor.

what are specs of PC?

Does Motherboard have onboard graphics? I would try to run with bare minimum parts to at least get PC to stay on
