HELP. Windows 10 Reformat

The exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) occured in the applicatiom at location ...
0x00007FFDE1187788
0x00007FF8C2A47788
0x00007FFE41377788 etc. THESE numbers always changes ONLY the First and Last numbers stays the same.
I don't get where is this coming from.
I already tried sfc scannow, dism.exe, boot, safe mode, windows update service, troubleshooting, clean boot.
I tried them all BUT to no avail 0xc06d007e still comes up when i want to reformat.
Search the internet tried a lot. Even tried to use ISO of win 8.1 and 10 but even that doesnt work. Reset, refresh. Everything i guess.
I dont know what to do. The sfc doesnt see any problem even dism.exe. i even got to msconfig. Still dont know what to do.
I NEED TO REFORMAT. Even the upcoming windows creator i think im having probs with that.
I just need to reformat. Thats all. Help. Its already tiring.

Also deleted all apps in control panel that did not came with the pc. This is tiring so much. I dont have dvd to reformat either.

So how are you trying to install windows then if you dont have the dvd?

Get the mediacreation tool get the iso then get rufus to put it on a flash drive

Seen posts blaming Malwarebytes ?

When you say you do a reset, is from a manufacturers recovery partition on the HDD, which should put it back to factory fresh?

Hello. Thanks for all your help. Ok I'll try first to get media creation tool then see what happens. It is so slow so my next update to you guys perhaps will be tomorrow. I'll keep you posted on what will happen.

I did somehow installed in the past Malwarebytes but its been so long so i dont know if i could blame that. And of course I have no idea how to detect on which App was the one to blame.
And also im not that very smart with computers so when you said HDD im not sure what to do. I just tried the Reset on the Settings which did not work because this error shows up

So for now i'll try media creation tool. It is quite very slow but ill do my best.

There was a problem downloading files.
We werent able to download ............ Check to make sure you're connected to the internet and ............again. Error code: 0x80072EE2

-this is the error that showed up with the media creation tool even though the internet is fine and im the only one using it now.
