Help ! Windows 10 Uses A Lot More RAM Than Windows 8.1

Help Me ! Windows 10 Uses An Average of 700mb More Ram That Windows 8.1 ! Recently Updated From Windows 8.1 Which Uses 1.1Gb of Ram in Idle But Windows 10 Uses 1.7-2.0 Gb Ram Always Always Never Goes Below 1.4Gb At All!! In Windows 8.1 Minecraft Was Playing Very Smooth No Lags Just Perfect But In WIndows 10 Just Laggy Average fps - 13fps I Was Surprised !!
here Are My PC Specs :

4GB Kingston DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
Intel Core i3-3110M @2.40Ghz Dual Core
AMD Radeon HD 7650M With Shared System memory of 1.7 GB ( Even in Windows 8.1 and 10 )
1366x768 PnP Screen

Also it DIdnt Detected My GPU Drivers First And I Had to Install it Manually (GPU Drivers)
Pls Tell me How to Reduce Ram Usage When I See in Task Manager , Nothing Uses A Lot .
Also The CPU Usage WHen I Launch Minecraft It, Minecraft Uses 95% of CPU !! This Wasnt In Windows 8.1 it Was USing 30-45%in Windows 8.1

Pls tell me How to Increase Performance !

I'd say 2 choices. Upgrade to 4 or 8gb ram or roll back to Win 8.1

Sorry, I don't have a solution but I'm experiencing the same issue. Only my X64 windows 10 pro is averaging 8 - 9GBs of my memory. Weird seems the more memory you have the more it uses. For example my son's pc was running smoothly with just 4Gbs windows used about half, until I upgraded him to 8GB now his windows uses 4GBs... Bit annoying to say the least; probably something to do with the new encryption.

The windows OS features numerous graphical as well as other processes running in the background, for the smooth working of these features. And if you wan't to keep Win10, it's clean that you have to upgrade your RAM memory.

I Cant Even Degrade Because It Says Taht the File Was Removed Which Was Required TO Roll BAck to Windows 8.1 Though , ANd I've to Do it Manually ?
