Help? Windows 10 won't let me do anything!!!!

SO the problem is i can't right click,delete , extract , save text document, download from chrome so just about ANYTHING a couple points that might be useful first kaspersky disinfected a virus and something related to kaspersky pop up saying "Fix any changes done by malware" and since then the problem started second my windows 10 activation expired , got scammed i guess, I hope this helps. Fresh install wipes your hard drive and puts a new installation of Win 10 in place.

If you have the luxury of a different HDD/SSD put that in its place, then get windows stable and add the other hard disk and make sure your antivirus is up to date before you put that one in.

ZHPCleaner is the best malware cleaner I know of, you could always try that.
