We subscribed to Microsoft Action Pack, which has an Enterprise Windows 2003
server with 10 Client License. However, after I've activated the server
successfully and input Windows Terminal Server License Code, there is always
error. It says the code cannot be validated.

Even though the activation failed, we have 120 days of successful
connection. But today, none of our user can connect to the server.

What can I do?

Thanks.

We've had the same problem. We moved the licencing server from a Windows
2000 server to the Windows 2003 server and bought new CALs for 2003 as the
TS 2003 CALs are different from the TS 2000 CALs.

Regards,
Naldo.

Since the activation didn't succeed, you have been running within
the 120-days grace period of the TS.
You'll need to install a hotfix:

832794 - Terminal Server License Server Activation Wizard
generates a product ID that does not work
