HELP! Windows 7 restarts after new parts installed

Re installed windows after i put in a new mobo and cpu and now it just restarts everynow and then with no warning. Tried transferring 70gb across and it restarted randomly, opened up bf3 and it restarted before getting to the map. At one stage it was restarting during the windows updates. I believe it may have even restarted on a CHKDSK that windows initiated itself, but not 100% sure.

motherboard: gigabyte fxa990 ud3
cpu: amd fx6300
gpu: gtx660oc
psu: corsair 650 watt (changed to this thinking my old 500w was the problem and it wasn't)

Any help at all?!

and i just formatted and reinstalled windows again, and still the same problem. cant seem to find an answer anywhere

did you test your hard drive with the drive maker tool , it could have bad sector .

Just did chkdsk 0kb in bad sectors, im going to switch hard drives anyway. Not expecting it to fix it though, i also took out ram and switched it around, same thing. Going to switch graphics card next, any ideas?!

check under the motherboard if all the stand off post are where they should be and there is nothnig that you could have forgot like a little screw between the board and the case also that the video cable do not touch the case back panel this could made ground and short system .
