That is a 100% scam.

That is a fake windows alert , try running Hitman Pro and ADW cleaner.

If it can't be resolved fresh install.

I ran both and neither found anything. All my programs run fine and the computer is working as normal.
Do you still think its necessary to reinstall. I also ran SFC /Scannow and nothing was found.

When I ran ADW, it cleaned something out of the registry

Yes you still have to reinstall if you didnt find anything

Yes that was a fake Alert , I wouldn't feel safe without a reinstall.

It's a pain but worth the piece of mind.
