Question Help windows hello not working anymore

It started when i ran jv16powertools to uninstall firefox then i went to reinstall firefox and nordpass extension wouldnt allow me to turn of biometrics. so i uninstalled figerprint reader through device manager then reinstalled driver but now windows hello when i click on get started the window just closes. I also cant remove my pin to sign in or change it but i can change sign in password.

i have restarted window credential manager service and ran sfc/scannow.

Is there any way to fix this short of reinstalling windows?

have you tried disabling pin and re enabling after a restart? If you have a password, you can use it until we fix Hello

is fingerprint reader showing as enabled under the Account/sign in options/Fingerprint recognition(Windows Hello)?
why did you need to turn off biometrics?
