Help, windows loading issue.

Windows won't load just goes to a black screen with loading animation, tried the fix thru command prompt but still didn't work. Not sure but is it possible its the mobo that's bad? only reason im thinking it might be, is that the ssd boots up all the way to the windows log in like it normally would on another rig I have set up. spec on pc that wont load: fx 9590, sabertooth v1 990fx, 16 gig hyper x 2300 ddr3(not sure If this is correct speed I know its faster than the 1600 though) 650w psu, two gtx 660's on sli.

Could be motherboard,could be drivers issue,hard to say.

What if you try with just one gtx 660?

Also don't see that cpu in the support list.
