help windows wont start

First i was playing fifa and this happened

http://prntscr.com/3wqars and i waited and it done,it restarted and came to start windows normally or last known good setings and whatever i choose of theese two it goes to windows is loading and it restarts over again to choose screen start win normaly

See if you can get into safe mode. watch the screen and see if it hangs when loading a specific module.

If you can get into safe mode - do whatever you can for standard checks and repairs. I.E. chkdsk, anti-virus, ect. Pay attention to what may be found as errors.

Once done with safe mode - try going into windows normally.

Dude i reinstalled it but it lags alot it needs 5min or more to start and to run some program need to wait atleest 4mins what to do now?

sounds like a hard drive issue may be occuring. Run tests on your hard drive and memory.

If possible - try to execute the hard drive tests by taking out your hard drive and moving it to another computer.
