I have just bought a new 1050Ti 4GB graphics card by MSI. I am running an I5-4460 processor,a 2AF7 Motherboard and a PSU with a max of 300W (no idea on the rating). After setting it in the slot,i tried booting up the PC and noticed the GPU Leds don t light up,the fans don t spin, and i get no signal on the monitor.

Solution
Some 1050ti's have 6 pins , some dont.
If you bought one with a 6 pin socket then it needs to be connected.

The vrm circuitry on the card will be designed to draw power through that connector rather than the pci express motherboard socket.

Nope,as i have read that it should not require a 6 pin anyways, due to it needing 75W and the Motheboard giving that. It is overclocked by design,so that may explain why it needs a 6 pin to work?
