Help with $1600-1800 Gaming/Light Editing Build

Hey all. I would like some feedback about this build. I preferably want a build that can handle most games. Also, I do some After Effects Editing and 3D modeling on the side. I am pretty sure I will also be overclocking it in the future.

Feel free to post your own build ideas (but the price must include a monitor and a keyboard).

what 3d modeling, what programs. after effects can be opengl or cuda accelerated so it either nvidia or amd will work.

3DS Max and I plan on learning Maya in the near future. Programs are basically just Adobe Suite and some gaming. That build is nice but please remember $1800 for the monitor and the keyboard as well.

EDIT: Sorry I should also mention editing and rendering high definition video. I tried doing it on my laptop with 6GB of memory and let's just say it didn't go so well.
