Help with 760SLI

I can get a 2nd cheap 760. I am wondering two things, Is it worth it? (It will cost around 70Pounds) and also I have a 600 watt PSU, bronze rated from corsair, will this suffice?

Yeah if you play at 1080p and you can get it for a good price, then performance boost is good. Your PSU is good enough.

Check your motherboard supports SLI first though.
