Hey everyone

I'm planning on building a new gaming system around Christmas and i needed some help and suggestions
Here's the build i came up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2c01e

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2c01e
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2c01e/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2c01e/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.98 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($177.86 @ Newegg)
Memory: A-Data XPG Gaming Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($80.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($329.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: BitFenix Shinobi ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.98 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ TigerDirect)
Total: $968.78

I'm not planning on overclocking so the motherboard and cpu might need to be changed, but if the soundcard on the MOBO( G1 sniper z87) supports Dolby Digital Live I will stick with it because otherwise i would need a soundcard.

Well, thanks in advance and any tips are appreciated.
Edit: Included the components in the post.

Your motherboard is 400 dollars, you are overkilling it. I could get you a motherboard and include a soundcard for you!
Never used AData, just used kingston, corsair, ripjaws. But it looks good!
600 watts is good, but you could even downgrade to 550 watts!
Cpu cooler is unnecessary without overclocking, but if you want it to cool,go ahead!

This is the 180 dollar version, not the top tier one. For the memory it doesn't really matter, they're all about the same price in the Netherlands.
But if i would need a soundcard anyway, and not gonna overcloc, I could downgrade to the i5 4670 and an h87 mobo, and then buy a soundcard?

Woops,ok,google got me 😛 Ohh then your motherboard is fine! You dont need a sound card, unless you want high end sound from gaming or want to hear music greatly. The 4670k and 87 mobo is just fine!

Thank you
But, does Gigabytes sound core 3d technology support Dolby digital live? I use use an astro mixamp, which is an amplifier by its own. but it needs DDL for it to produce a 7.1 signal to my headphones.
